Here is the Extract tab before the upgrade opportunities. We already had some usability problems and lack of information to help the agents in the analyzes and, consequently, in decision-making regarding the services.
What was observed:
- We only had the Route UUID while the delivery person provided us with the Order ID. For the agent to confirm which order the service was about, other checks such as date and time, value or even entering the Order Detail were necessary. And this led to a delay in service and consequently our NPS;
- It was not possible to perform a quick search by order number, only filtering by the date on which it occurred;
- It took three clicks to access order details and understand whether the order had been completed, canceled or returned;
On this screen, it is already possible to check improvement opportunities applied to the prototype in the Extract tab, which are:
- Search component that would allow the agent to carry out the search by the order number provided by the delivery person;
- ID (identifier) of the order;
- Copy component that allows the order ID or route to be copied with just one click;
- Filter with options such as order ID (identifier), date and time, store name and route UUID;
- Rates grouped to the route;
- Status of the route;
- Icon indicating that there was a return route in the order;
