We know that the Design processis not always linear and after various data collected, journeys mapped and alignments with the triad and business, there were still doubts to be resolved and to continue building a proposal for the Return Route for the product. It is important to point out that throughout the process, business rules have changed and along with them the solution hypotheses have been readjusted.
I performed a heuristic analysis of web platforms with similarities in order to map opportunities for improvement based on the needs that had already been mapped and also performing tests whenever possible on these same platforms.
