Today we already have the status of Return and Returned in the delivery history; How would the rate entry be for the delivery person? Is differentiation necessary? Cancellation and route generation should be linked to a single action for the agent;
Visually signal that we are on the return route; Are there exceptions where the payment of the RR is not automatic?
Will financial postings be made by route or by order?
